SEVEN FATHOMS RUM
Seven Fathoms Rum is craft distilled in the Cayman Islands, using a Hand Hammered Copper Pot Still. After distilling it is matured in Bourbon Oak Barrels in a very unique aging method at a depth of seven fathoms (42 ft.) under the sea!
“Brilliant amber color. Caramelized roasted nut and spicy raisin bread pudding aromas follow through on a round entry to a dryish medium body with a wave of black licorice, coffee candy, and pepper. Finishes with a pleasant spicy mocha, nutshell, metallic mineral ore, and white pepper fade. An interesting ride on a wave of flavors.”
Governor’s Reserve is a line of rums recently launched from the distillery. Currently on offer are the Governor’s Gold and the Governor’s Coconut Rum. 100% locally distilled in our copper pot still, these rums are made by hand in small batches as well. A full line of rums are currently under development featuring a dark rum, a white rum a spiced rum and other new and unique flavors!
