FLOW~THERAPEUTIC MOVEMENT is a space for well being that nurtures personal as well as physical development. At Flow~ we use movement as a form of healing therapy for the body, the mind and the spirit. The movement systems Flow~ offers have their roots deep within traditional Yogic principles (the ancient art of self transformation).
They are not necessarily new; what makes them a little different is the way they are presented. In the spirit of evolutionary development they are made relevant to the time in which we are living, meeting the need for transformative work with a light-heart. There may be times where someone might be feeling the need for a physical or active class and others where an individual needs to find solitude and quiet. Depending on what your needs are, the broad range of the techniques practiced at Flow~ can assist you in your quest to achieve personal growth.
• At Flow, we encourage exploration and understanding of movement to discover what effects they have on the body. Through this exploration we are able to develop a knowledge of how to use postures, stretches, etc. to help ourselves
• Within gross movement there needs to be attention to detail in order for the movement to be useful for the body. Proper alignment of the body is the foundation for creating balance to our right and left-brain, which brings balance to the entire body

Currently, the Flow studio offers private and group instruction as well as focused workshops and retreats and is a certifying training site and apprenticeship for Yamuna® Body Rolling and Aerial Flow Therapeutics.
